Climate Action Plan

In April 2022, CATA was one of four transit agencies in Pennsylvania to submit a Climate Action Plan in response to the Federal Transit Administration Climate Challenge.

The plan compares pre-alternative fuel emissions with current emissions and sets goals and objectives for the future.

The Northwest Regional Planning & Development Commission, Planning Partner for the Northwest Rural Planning Organization, has prepared the 2021 Public Participation Plan Update and the 2021 Coordinated Public Transit - Human Services Transportation Plan Update for Clarion, Crawford, Forest, Venango, and Warren Counties for public comment. These documents will be on public display from April 23, 2021 through June 6, 2021 on the Northwest Commission’s transportation website.

As a municipal Authority, CATA makes information regarding our organization available to the general public consistent with the PA Right to Know law. If you are interested in obtaining information that can not be found on this site, please Contact Us
