CATA GM signs letter to Governor
CATA General Manager Tim Geibel, current Board Chairman for the PA Public Transportation Association signed a letter last week asking the Governor to take immediate action to cancel the award of RFA 28-18 better known as the Medical Assistance Transportation Program Broker Solicitation.
We urge you to contact the Governor's office and your State Representative to ask them to "cancel the award of RFA 28-18 the Medical Assistance Transportation Broker solicitation AND create an independent study of the impacts a MATP Broker will have on all state subsidized transportation services"

The Crawford Area Transportation Authority (CATA) is proud to announce that the fixed route bus system in Meadville will be returning to full service hours, effective October 10, 2022. In preparation for this change, CATA will post flyers on all Meadville fixed route buses and in bus shelters. Detailed route information will be posted on catabus.org and on the MyStop App. Subscribers of CATA's website will also receive email notification of the changes. New schedules will be available on September 23rd.
PennDOT has launched a new on-line service that can help people determine if they are eligible for discounted shared ride transportation programs and also assist the person in applying for the programs. The service can be found at www.tes.penndot.gov.
