Door-to-Door Transportation
Shared Ride Program
The Shared Ride Program is a door to door service that serves all residence of Crawford County and the residents of Pleasantville in Venango County. Reservations must be made one working day in advance. To place reservation, call either 814-336-5600 or 1-800-782-2282. If you are in the Titusville area call 814-775-0228. ALL TRIPS MUST BE SCHEDULED BY 4:00 PM OF THE BUSINESS DAY BEFORE YOU WISH TO TRAVEL.
The shared ride program is open to any person. Seniors and persons with disabilities are eligible for discounts paid through the Pennslyvania Department of Transportation. Other grant programs are availalbe for discount transportation for non-seniors and other riders. Contact CATA for more information at 814-336-5600. All Shared Ride buses are fully ADA accessible.
Personal Care Attendant
A rider unable to travel without assistance may have one personal care attendant provided by the rider or from an agency. The attendant may ride free boarding and alighting with rider from origin to destination. An application must be on file certifying need of attendant and disability. Service animals are allowed to ride on the bus.
Drivers Assistance
Upon request only, Drivers will help riders in and out of the vehicle and assist them to the door of their destination. Drivers will carry packages for the passengers. A single package will not weigh over 20 pounds. Drivers are not permitted to enter homes.
